The brazilian butt lift uses the fat grafting technique to enhance the size and shape of the buttocks and to give the entire body a more proportionate appearance. Fat cells are removed from desired areas via liposuction, carefully purified and reinjected to the bottom. The procedure results in fuller, rounder buttocks and a more curvaceous figure.
Anyone who have some excess fat and want better contours, are ideal candidates for brazilian buttock augmentation. For slimmer women, though, without any additional fat, the surgeon may recommend buttock implants. The procedure requires less scarring and shorter recovery time than any other buttock enhancing methods and carries no higher risk of side-effects than a regular liposuction, which is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures.
Prior to the procedure, your doctor will determine how much fat needs to be removed and from which areas of your body to achieve your desired figure. To perform brazilian butt lift correctly, cosmetic surgical experience alone is insufficient; the surgeon also has to possess an excellent sense of proportion and a deep understanding of the female body. Our doctors treat each patient with extraordinary care and respect, and they will provide you with the most natural-looking and most attractive results.

What happens during a brazilian butt lift procedure?
The first step of the procedure is a modified liposuction in the areas around the buttocks to make them more prominent and to create a beautiful sweep from the lower back to the upper thighs. To reshape the gluteal region, liposelection is performed, which is a gentle type of liposuction. Excess fat is harvested from multiple areas called donor sites, in such a fashion as to prevent the damage to fat cells and thus ensure a permanent result. The suctioned fat is processed and purified to isolate viable cells. Donor fat cells are then transferred into various areas and depths of the butt cheeks, using a microinjection technique. The surgeon inserts a very thin, special cannula under the buttock skin and through it strategically injects fat cells inside the buttock tissue, in the proximity of blood vessels. This way he or she can be sure that fat cells will survive and become a part of the buttocks as they will have an adequate blood supply.
You will be under general anaesthesia. You must stay one nigh at the clinic and can leave the clinic only the day after the surgery. You can return to work in a couple of days and resume normal activity in about two weeks.
In some cases, fat transfer method has to be performed in tandem with buttock lift surgery or thigh lift, to deal with the sagging of the lower body and to achieve a smooth skin surface.

How long do the results last?
The use of autologous fat grafts eliminates the chance of rejection but the body does absorb a certain number of cells. To counteract this effect, surgeons transfer a little more amount of fat than sufficient, and sometimes a second injection is required. Our specialists plan each procedure carefully to fit your goals and your individual anatomy so that you will get long-lasting, permanent results. Practice shows that the fat that remains one year after the procedure, will stay there for a lifetime. Since it is your own fat, it lives with you, breathes with you and shapes with you over time. Even if you lose or gain weight, your bottom will maintain its balance with the rest of your body. Additionally, brazilian butt lift gives you a complete body resculpting thanks to liposuction of the nearby areas and you will be able to preserve your curvy figure.
